How Long will it take to receive my proposal?

Our goal is to get you pricing at the completion of the initial visit. Due to the complexity of certain projects, it can sometimes take a few days to get you an exact pricing.

What are the steps for having my back yard oasis?

First Step would be coming out to give an estimate on project and we can work on a 3D design so you can see what project will look like. Everything we do is custom made so we can build any design or idea you have. Once we have a design agreed on we submit plans to hoa and city if needed. Once approval comes in we will be ready to get started with project.

How long will my project take?

Every Project is different since every project is custom made. Smaller Projects take between 1-2 weeks. Medium Size which are average size take up to 4-6 weeks and projects on the larger end can take up to 2 months. Things like inspections/permitting/HOA and design changes can slow the process or project. Rest assured, you will be given a projected timeline and then communicated thoroughly the whole way through.

How do i select the materials that will be used?

Our Main focus is for the project to look like it was always built with the house. Not something that was added on. So we normally use the same materials on your existing house like paint, shingles, stone or brick or stucco ext.

Do your standards of construction comply with what city and Hoa requires?

Yes. We maintain general liability insurance and even workers comp (not required in Texas) to make sure you are covered. We handle the gathering of all required permiting, scheduling of any inspections and the entire HOA application process as well. Our goal is to make this a much simpler process than you anticipate.

Do you offer warranty on your work?

Any outdoor living project we complete comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. We work with some products that have much longer (even lifetime in some cases) but will discuss those with you at the time of service.

What type of appliances do you use on outdoor kitchens?

In most cases, we use Lion Premium Grills. We feel that they provide the best value, a great look and a dependable product. You also have the option of purchasing appliances and we incorporate that into kitchen.
